T.W. Willard, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company in Caribou, Maine. Owner, Reggie Thibodeau has been in the marine and snowmobile business since 1974, where he started his career working for L.C. Willard, Inc. In 1985 he purchased L.C. Willard Inc. and renamed it to T. W. Willard, Inc.
Working alongside Reggie is his wife Sharan and their son Cody. In 1998 T.W. Willard constructed a new building on 862 Sweden Road in Caribou, where they are still doing business.
